User Interface and Ease of Use

So far, I am very impressed with the user interface and ease of setup and use of the EufyHome app. It was my first experience with the app, and I found it to be straightforward and user-friendly. I hope to continue to be impressed with it in the future.

Cleaning Performance

After using the EufyHome app, I was amazed by how much dirt and debris it had picked up from my floors. The spot clean and corner clean features are absolutely amazing, and it always keeps my floors so clean. However, I recommend making sure your pets' tails are out of the way, as they may get tangled in the device.

WiFi Connectivity

The EufyHome app works on a 2.4 GHz WiFi network and does not work on the 5 GHz network. It has its own WiFi hotspot, which is how it bridges the gap and makes it work with your network. I was pleased to find that Google can control it, which is a nice touch.

Self-Emptying Model

Although I am happy with my unit, I wish I had splurged and gotten the self-emptying model. It would be great to have a fleet of them to keep my floors clean all the time.

Pet-Friendly

I have two cats, and the EufyHome app is so helpful for me. I can be cleaning something else while it goes around my floors, and it keeps the cats entertained. However, my dogs don't seem to like it yet, so I hope they get used to it soon.

Auto Clean Feature

I have set the EufyHome app to do the auto clean when it recharges, but it just doesn't seem to want to. That is the only issue I have with it.

Navigation

It can be a little confusing to navigate throughout the app to find the information that I am looking for, such as commands for the Roomba through the app. However, once I got the hang of it, it was easy to use.

Scheduling and Integration

The EufyHome app is easy to schedule times and see where it has been. I especially like how easy it is to integrate with Alexa, and the app lets you know when parts may need to be replaced.

Cleaning Tray and Replacement Parts

You must clean the tray after each run, and it is recommended to use better brushes to clean. It is also advisable to buy replacement parts early.

Conclusion

The EufyHome app is a great tool for keeping my floors clean. It is user-friendly, pet-friendly, and has great features such as spot clean and corner clean. Although there are some minor issues, such as the auto clean feature and navigation, overall, it is a great app to have. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning solution.
